What makes your quality so incredibly good? I am a professional portrait photographer. I take most of my own background photos & element photos with a professional quality digital camera.

I do the cutout from the original photo digitally from hand. I don't cheat by using the "auto select" feature, as many others do. The "auto select" simply isn't clean enough for the quality I want to give you. Anyone who uses photo editing software, will know how difficult, tedious and time consuming that is to do.

As an artist, I have an eye for proper color, light, shadow and composition.

The quality of most of my scenes are easily high enough for 16x20 enlargements.

What photos do I send to you for this process?
I need High resolution, clear (not blurry), photos to work with. Preferably JPG format.

Digital format photos may be emailed to me.

If you scan your own photos, please scan them in at 300 dpi.

Or you may mail regular photos to me for scanning.

If you don't give me quality photos to work with, it will affect the quality of the end result.

How do I view my proofs?
I will email proofs that have been reduced in size from the original. The full sized versions will either be emailed to you or sent to you on CD after your final approval.

I have something different in mind. Can you create a scene I don't see in your gallery?
I can pretty much create anything you can dream up. Just let me know what you have in mind, and I will let you know if it is possible.

Does it matter what my child is wearing?
I can change clothes to a degree. But it is very difficult and time consuming. So I do charge extra for extensive work. It is best that you dress your child in something that will work for the scene you want.

Can you do this for teens or adults?
Yes, of course I can! There area few samples of those in my galleries.

Can you match any style I would like?
Yes, I can do anything to go with any style decor, taste, or color scheme, anything from Shabby Chic, French Country, Art Deco, Victorian, Modern, and even Gothic. The possibilities are endless.

Is your work copyrighted?
Yes it is, everything I do is copyrighted and cannot be sold, published or distributed for profit. I give my customers the right to make copies for themselves and family members only.

Will I have trouble making prints at the photo lab?
Most have not had trouble doing this, but a very few number of my customers have been questioned. So I recommend you take in a copy of my "permission" to you for reprints. This will be emailed to you if you purchase the digital only package. Or a slip will be mailed to you with your CD. With my contact information, just in case someone questions you.

How long does this process take?
On average an order takes 7 to 10 days. It can take up to 3 weeks depending on what scene you choose and how many changes you ask for.

If you have purchased prints, that will add about another week to the time.
